We work primarily on a prepayment basis and deliver across Ukraine via reliable courier services.

Average delivery time: 3–5 business days. Shipping cost is calculated according to Nova Post rates and depends on weight, dimensions, and delivery method.

A valid ID must be presented when picking up an order at a Nova Post branch.

Self-pickup from the Seller's premises is not currently available — all orders are shipped via Nova Post.

Delivery via Ukrposhta is not currently offered.

Deferred Payment (by arrangement)

Partial prepayment with the remainder due upon receipt is possible. In this case an additional fee for cash-on-delivery processing applies per carrier rates.

International Delivery

We ship to all countries serviced by Nova Post International. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country and are calculated individually. Contact us before placing an international order and we will confirm availability and estimated shipping cost.
