Are the fragrances authentic?

Yes, without exception. Every bottle we sell — we source it only from vetted, authorised distributors and retailers. We do not sell replicas, imitations, or inspired-by fragrances.

What brands and fragrances do you carry?

We carry a curated selection of niche and designer fragrances in our catalog. If you do not see what you are looking for, use our sourcing request form — we can find almost anything.

Can you source a fragrance not listed on the site?

Yes — this is one of the things we do best. If you are looking for a specific perfume, brand, or edition that you do not see in our catalogue, contact us. We will research availability and provide a quote.

How long does delivery take?

Within Ukraine, standard delivery via Nova Post takes 3–5 business days depending on the destination. International orders vary by destination.

Can I return a bottle if I do not like the scent?

Unopened bottles in original packaging can be returned within 14 days under our return policy. If there is a quality issue or a mistake on our part, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
