Returns

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, perfume and cosmetic products of satisfactory quality are not subject to exchange or return. This restriction applies for hygiene reasons and covers all perfume and cosmetic products, regardless of whether the bottle has been opened.

Defective Goods

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, missing contents, or a description mismatch, you are entitled to return or exchange under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". Claims are accepted as soon as a defect is identified.

Return conditions for defective goods

• Notify us within the warranty period and no later than 14 days from receipt
• Original packaging and contents preserved
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Refund of funds

Refunds for defective goods are processed within 14 banking days from the moment the Seller receives the returned item and confirms the identified defects. Refunds are issued by the same method used for the original payment — to the same bank card or account. The Seller bears the payment-service refund commission and the return shipping cost for defective goods.

The list of satisfactory-quality goods that are not subject to exchange or return is approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The right to return or exchange defective goods is provided by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
