Apple Brandy on the Rocks is a gourmand-woody unisex fragrance from By Kilian, released in 2021 as part of The Liquors collection. The opening combines cardamom and bergamot, the heart is filled with apple, rum, brandy, pineapple, vanilla and moss, and cedar and ambroxan hold the base. It is fruity and boozy but drier and fresher than the house's other gourmands — it works in mid-season weather as well as for evening wear. Longevity is good thanks to the ambroxan base.
