Description
Atlas Fever is a woody-oriental fragrance from Ex Nihilo, released in 2017 as part of the Babylone Collection and composed by perfumer Shyamala Maisondieu. Inspired by the initiatory journeys of legendary musicians, it embodies the fusion of ancestral perfumery know-how with the rebellious spirit of rock 'n' roll. The composition opens with a smoldering blast of pink pepper and incense, evoking the scent of vintage rosewood guitars. At its heart, narcissus absolute brings a velvety floral depth, while the base unfolds into a lush, creamy fusion of cedar, sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla, and a vibrant oak-and-guaiac wood accord. Both luxurious and untamed, Atlas Fever is a celebration of Eastern electric creativity — a sweet, smoky, and addictive woody scent that lingers like the echo of a final guitar chord.
