Bois Impérial is a woody unisex fragrance from Essential Parfums, released in 2020 and the house's most popular launch. The composition combines akigalawood, woody notes, basil, vetiver, timur, ambroxan and patchouli. It is dry and spicy-woody with the oud facet of akigalawood and a green basil bite — restrained, versatile and easily recognised. Longevity is strong.
