Egoiste Platinum is an aromatic-fougère men's fragrance from Chanel, released in 1993. The opening combines lavender, rosemary, neroli and petitgrain; geranium, clary sage, galbanum and jasmine build the heart; and oakmoss, vetiver, cedar, sandalwood and amber hold the base. It is dry, green-herbal and very restrained — a classic tailored fougère for the office and everyday wear in any season. Longevity is good and the trail is elegant.
