Matsukita

Matsukita is a woody unisex fragrance from Clive Christian, released in 2021. The opening combines bergamot, pink pepper and nutmeg, mate, Chinese jasmine, jasmine sambac and guaiac wood build the heart, and balsam fir, woody notes, musk and amber hold the base. It is dry and tea-woody with a coniferous coolness and a light white-floral accent — restrained and elegant, effective in mid-season weather and everyday wear. Longevity is good. Clive Christian is a British house known for its heavy crystal crown-topped bottles, continuing the Crown Perfumery line.
