Fusion d'Issey Extrême is a woody-fougère men's fragrance from Issey Miyake, released in 2021. The composition is spare: cardamom and bergamot in the opening, coconut, mint, mineral notes, lavender and solar notes in the heart, sandalwood and patchouli at the base. It is spicy-mineral with a coconut softness — a contrast of cool and warm. Longevity is good.
