Glorious is a woody-amber unisex fragrance from Boadicea the Victorious, released in 2012. A juicy opening of raspberry, pineapple, apple, cardamom and black currant moves into a spicy heart of elemi resin, nutmeg, rose and jasmine, while guaiac wood, cedar, sandalwood, moss, musk, patchouli, amber and vanilla hold the base. It is fruity-woody with a balsamic drydown — effective in cooler weather and for evening wear. Longevity is strong and the trail is rich. Boadicea the Victorious is a British niche house named after the Iceni queen Boudica.
