Angels' Share is a gourmand-amber unisex fragrance from By Kilian, released in 2020 and inspired by cognac ageing in oak barrels — the angels' share being the portion of spirit that evaporates. Cognac forms the opening, cinnamon, tonka bean, oak and hedione build the heart, and vanilla, praline, sandalwood and sugared almond hold the base. It is warm, boozy-sweet and dessert-like — made for cold weather and evening wear. Longevity is strong and the trail is dense and easily noticed.
