Lime Basil & Mandarin is a citrus-woody unisex fragrance from Jo Malone London, released in 1999 and the house's best-known launch. The opening combines lime, bergamot and mandarin; basil, thyme, iris and lilac build the heart; and vetiver and patchouli hold the base. It is sharply green: a citrus tartness with peppery basil over a dry woody foundation. Versatile for everyday wear; longevity is moderate.
