L'Interdit is a floral-woody women's fragrance from Givenchy, released in 1957 and created for Audrey Hepburn. The opening combines aldehydes, strawberry, spices, peach, bergamot and mandarin; iris, violet, narcissus, rose, ylang-ylang and jasmine build the heart; and sandalwood, amber, musk, benzoin, vetiver and tonka bean hold the base. It is classical, aldehydic-powdery and elegant. Longevity is good.
