Sel-Vanille is a gourmand-woody unisex fragrance from Maison Tahité, released in 2020. The composition is spare: sage in the opening, marine and aquatic notes with jasmine in the heart, vanilla and cedar at the base. It is salty-vanillic: the marine note strips the dessert quality from the vanilla and leaves it mineral and cool. An unusual pairing that works even in summer. Longevity is good.
