Oud Island is a citrus-leather unisex fragrance from Montale, released in 2023. The opening combines Sicilian bergamot, Italian lemon and tangerine; black leather, sandalwood, oud, solar notes and Indian tuberose build the heart; and vanilla, tobacco, amber, labdanum and musk hold the base. It is a study in contrast: a bright citrus start over a dark leather-and-oud foundation. Longevity is strong.
