Olympéa is a gourmand-floral women's fragrance from Paco Rabanne, released in 2015. The composition is spare: water jasmine, green mandarin and ginger flower in the opening, vanilla and salt in the heart, ambergris, cashmere wood and sandalwood at the base. It is salty-vanillic: the salt strips the dessert quality from the vanilla and leaves it mineral — one of the decade's most influential launches. Longevity is strong.
