Phantom is a fougère-gourmand men's fragrance from Paco Rabanne, released in 2021. The opening combines lavender, lemon zest and Amalfi lemon; lavender, earthy notes, apple, smoke and patchouli build the heart; and vanilla, lavender and vetiver hold the base. It is lavender-vanillic with a smoky earthy middle — a contemporary reading of the fougère, sweet and recognisable. Longevity is strong.
