Velvet in Vegas is a leather-gourmand unisex fragrance from Philly&Phill, released in 2025. The opening combines peach, mandarin, apple and bergamot; rose, orange blossom and magnolia build the heart; and leather, vanilla, praline, woody notes and musk hold the base. It is fruity-floral over a sweet praline-and-leather foundation — dense and evening-oriented. Longevity is strong.
