Search is a citrus-woody unisex fragrance from Amouage, released in 2023 within the Odyssey collection. A bright citrus opening of lime, lemon and mandarin moves into a spicy-resinous heart of olibanum, black pepper and elemi, while cade oil, vetiver and guaiac wood hold the base. It is a dry, smoky-coniferous scent: fresh at the start and almost bonfire-like in the drydown. It works well in mid-season weather and daytime wear, with longevity well above what citrus compositions usually manage. Amouage is an Omani perfume house founded in 1983.
