The Coveted Duchess Rose is a floral-woody women's fragrance from Penhaligon's, released in 2016 within the Portraits collection. The composition is spare: rose, musk, woody notes and mandarin. It is rosy-musky with a citrus accent — soft, clean and restrained, despite the theatrical name. Longevity is good.
